Return Policy
Order Cancellation
We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled, you will receive a full refund. However, we cannot cancel the order if the product has already been shipped.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 60 days of receiving the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Certain items may not qualify for a return if they have been used, damaged, or are missing parts or original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
To complete your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns). No restocking fees will be charged to customers for the return of the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

If you have not received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
