Order Delivery Timeframes:

Processing Time: 1-3 working days.

Domestic Delivery:

  1. Most items dispatched from Sydney are delivered within 1-7days, depending on the delivery location.
  2. Delivery Options:
    1. AusPost
    2. AusPost Express
    3. Fastway Couriers

International Delivery:

  1. Most items are delivered within 3-21 days, depending on the delivery location.
  2. Delivery Options:
    1. Express Air International Post:5-12 days (tracking available for most countries)
    2. Post International:7-21 days (no tracking available)

Supplementary Statement

To ensure you receive your package as quickly as possible, we will prioritize shipping from the nearest warehouse to your location. If the nearest warehouse is out of stock, we will automatically ship from another warehouse with available inventory. This may result in temporary delays in tracking updates, but we will do our best to handle your order promptly, including upgrading the shipping method when necessary.

Special Notes:

  1. Policy Scope: Orders for self-pickup and refunds due to stock shortages are not eligible for the delay refund policy.
  2. Delay Compensation: If your package is not delivered within 10 days, you may apply for a delay compensation of AUD 10. If it is not delivered within 20 days, you may apply for a full refund, with no need to return the item.
  3. Exemption Clause: The following situations are not eligible for delay compensation or full refund policies:
    • Force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government actions, pandemics, and transportation disruptions).
    • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
    • Delays due to operational errors or issues with the logistics service provider (in such cases, we will assist customers in coordinating with the logistics provider as much as possible).
  4. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from this policy will be resolved primarily through amicable negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the applicable laws will govern.
  5. Final Interpretation: The final interpretation of this policy rests with KAKA Auto Parts but does not affect customers' statutory rights under applicable law.
