If you like your gear shifter on the Nissan Patrol higher than its normal position or if you have done a lift an extension could be required. Our variety of 50mm, 76mm and 101mm extensions will give you the comfort you need. This extension will suit both the high range shifter and the low range lever. The 6061 aluminium extension simply threads on to the existing gear stick and factory gear knob giving you a more comfortable position when selecting gears. The extension has a black anodised finish closely matching the factory colour. No gear knob or any other part is included.

Simply remove your existing gear knob, screw on the new Speed Change extension and then reinstall the gear knob.
